Splash Pros have been doing our pool service for about 5 months. They show up every Thursday and always provide a quick report when they leave. They also check filter and if I do get an alarm, they quickly respond and clear any notification. Would hire Splash Pros again. Wonder if they should add insect control as another service? Stephen, Katie and all of Splash Pros are exceptional. Prior to Splash Pro's - my pool would periodically turn green, calcium build up and the provider always had a "reason" why.... Changed over to Splash Pros - (chose them because of reviews) - and my pool water has been clear everyday since I started working with them. I receive a weekly email communication along with a pic to confirm the clear water and perfect chemistry in the pool. Additionally (and equally important) - the communication and customer service are second to none. Stephen provided great options for pump replacement - very fair all the way around. Katie has handled logistics and scheduling - excellent team. 25+ years owning a home with a pool and this Splash Pros are simply is the absolute best I've worked with.
